Burnout. Repeat. Begin.

I'm hiding, in an effort to lick my wounds.

I've been doing the same thing, day in and day out, for thirty-two years: work hard, burn out, rinse, repeat.

I've decided to do something different: carve a little part of the world for myself and stop putting dreams on the back burner. And put me in front.

This website, along with the stories and poems I'm deciding to publish, is my battlecry. It's a song for everyone who's wanted to question, what's it all for?

Perhaps awkwardly.

Perhaps embarrassingly.

But this life, it's mine. And I'm carving what I want.
